9/14/2024 Construction of the new Edmond/Salina bridge is underway. The portage around the construction is on river-left. Portage is recommended during weekdays as construction is on-going. Weekends, though, a portage is not necessary as work has stopped. There is ample head room under the temporary construction bridge during lower flow.
